Order Cancellation:

Timeframe for Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any penalty.
After 12 hours, cancellations will be subject to approval, and any applicable fees may be deducted.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an order, Please go to your profile and go to order history, Select the order and click on cancel button to cancel the order.

Some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. This will be clearly communicated during the order process.

Refunds:

1. Full Refund:

If your cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe (12 hours) and the item has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Partial Refunds:

For cancellations made after the item has been shipped or if the product is non-refundable, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling fees.
Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval of the cancellation. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.
